FEFDY conducted a dynamic teacher training session on July 12, 2025, at Saai International Pre-School and Academy, Korukkupet, Chennai. The session served as an important step in familiarizing the school’s educators with FEFDY’s innovative and child-centric curriculum across levels Pre-KG to Grade 1. The training introduced key pedagogical approaches, including play-based learning, inquiry-led instruction, thematic planning, and scaffolding techniques. Teachers also explored motor skill development through Zumba, and experimented with science-based activity learning for real classroom application. Core teaching concepts, including phonics structure, developmental alignment, and visual storytelling, were covered to build confidence in delivering structured, engaging lessons. The session encouraged open reflection, and teachers responded positively to the hands-on activities, developmental clarity, and practical strategies that support 21st-century hybrid learners.
