FEFDY Curriculum conducted a focused teacher training session on 19th July 2025 at Kalaimagal School, Kattumannar Koil. The session was designed to enhance teaching methodologies, align classroom practices with developmental goals, and empower educators to integrate child-centered and play-based learning effectively. A total of 13 early childhood educators actively participated, engaging with innovative strategies and classroom-focused practices. The training emphasized phonics instruction, motor skill development, theme-based teaching, and exploratory learning approaches, all rooted in FEFDY’s vision of building future-ready classrooms. Teachers gained clarity on age-appropriate learning goals, new activity-based methods, and ways to connect real-life examples to curriculum topics. They also explored teaching terminologies and concepts that strengthen professional understanding in the field of early education. Participants appreciated the hands-on and interactive approach of the session, which encouraged collaborative reflection and shared problem-solving. The workshop concluded with educators expressing readiness to adopt these practices, reinforcing FEFDY’s objective of equipping schools with sustainable, developmentally aligned teaching methods.
