On June 30, 2025, the final session of the three-day training program was conducted at Sri Vyshnavi School, focusing on enhancing lesson delivery techniques and inclusive learning strategies for Grades 1 and 2. Educators participated in micro-teaching exercises, explored phonics instruction, and practiced concept reinforcement through traditional games and subject-specific demonstrations. Key teaching terms such as constructivist learning, peer teaching, and visual scaffolding were discussed. Teachers also received hands-on guidance on navigating the FEFDY Learning Management System (LMS) and integrating videos and digital tools into daily instruction—supporting FEFDY’s goal of creating a hybrid, engaging, and developmentally sound learning experience.
