FEFDY Teacher Training Program at Sri Vishwesharayya School, Tadipatri
A FEFDY Curriculum Teacher Training Program was successfully conducted on 18th April 2026 at Sri Vishwesharayya School, Tadipatri, bringing together educators from both Sri Vishwesharayya School and Target English Medium School, Tadipatri. The program was designed to equip teachers with practical, classroom-ready strategies to effectively implement the FEFDY Curriculum across Kindergarten and Primary levels, aligning with modern education practices and experiential learning approaches.
The training was led by a team of subject experts including Mr. Thamas for Mathematics, Ms. Mary Shanthi for General Awareness and Science, Ms. Daris Preethi for English, and Mr. Ganesh Babu for Computer Science. Each trainer delivered domain-specific insights, ensuring that educators gained clear, structured understanding of subject-wise teaching methodologies and curriculum execution.
The session covered foundational levels under Vise Bell and Wisdom Crafters for Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG, along with Destiny Navigators for Grades 1 to 5. The objective was to provide teachers with a complete understanding of how to use the FEFDY Curriculum effectively through textbooks, activities, and integrated digital tools to enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes.
A key focus of the training was on understanding student learning patterns and applying age-appropriate teaching strategies. Educators were guided on how young learners respond to activity-based, visual, and experiential learning methods, enabling them to adapt their classroom delivery for better comprehension and retention. The training also emphasized the effective use of FEFDY textbooks and supporting learning materials, helping teachers maximize their instructional impact.
Interactive teaching practices formed a core part of the program, with live demonstrations of classroom activities, games, and discussion-based learning techniques. These methods were designed to make lessons more engaging, student-friendly, and outcome-oriented. Teachers actively participated in these activities, gaining hands-on experience that can be directly implemented in their classrooms.
The integration of technology in education was another major component of the training. Educators were introduced to the FEFDY Learning Management System (LMS) and digital resources, including apps and online tools that support blended learning. Teachers learned how to use these platforms to assign activities, monitor student progress, and create a more interactive and digitally enabled classroom environment.
The session witnessed strong collaborative participation, with teachers engaging in discussions, sharing classroom experiences, and contributing insights throughout the program. This interactive approach ensured that the training was not only informative but also practical and implementation-focused.
A total of 45 educators attended the training program, demonstrating high levels of enthusiasm and commitment toward adopting innovative teaching practices. Their active involvement reflected a readiness to transform traditional teaching methods into more dynamic, learner-centered approaches.
This Teacher Training Program in Tadipatri highlights the effectiveness of the FEFDY Curriculum as a comprehensive education solution that integrates structured content, experiential learning methodologies, and digital tools. It showcases how schools can enhance teaching quality, improve student engagement, and achieve better academic outcomes through continuous teacher development.
For schools and educators seeking a future-ready curriculum with integrated teacher training, digital learning systems, and child-centric methodologies, the FEFDY Curriculum provides a complete ecosystem designed to meet the evolving needs of 21st-century education.
