FEFDY Teacher Training Program at Soumya UPS School, Chinna Karpathi, Telangana
Educators at Soumya UPS School, Chinna Karpathi, Telangana, participated in a FEFDY Teacher Training Program on 9th July 2026, designed to strengthen the implementation of the Destiny Navigators (DN) Term Curriculum for Pre-KG to Grade 3. The programme brought together 5 teachers for an interactive professional development experience focused on enhancing classroom effectiveness and student learning.
Throughout the training, participants explored practical approaches to teaching English, Mathematics, Science, EVS, and General Awareness using learner-centric and activity-based methodologies. Sessions emphasized child psychology, experiential learning, classroom engagement, and effective lesson planning to help teachers create meaningful learning experiences. Educators also gained hands-on exposure to the FEFDY Facilitator's Manual, assessment resources, and the FEFDY Learning Management System (LMS), enabling them to confidently integrate digital academic support and innovative teaching practices into their everyday classrooms.
