FEFDY Teacher Training Program at Ideal Lead School, Duvvada, Telangana
Reinforcing its commitment to empowering educators with innovative teaching practices, FEFDY Curriculum conducted a Teacher Training Program on 1st July 2026 at Ideal Lead School, Duvvada, Telangana. The programme engaged 8 teachers from Pre-KG to Grade 5, focusing on the effective implementation of the Destiny Navigators (DN) Term Curriculum through learner-centric and experiential teaching methodologies.
The training provided educators with practical insights into teaching English, Mathematics, Science, EVS, and General Awareness using interactive classroom strategies, activity-based learning, and child psychology principles. Teachers explored effective lesson planning, textbook utilization, and techniques to enhance conceptual understanding while fostering active student participation. The session also introduced participants to the FEFDY Facilitator's Manual, assessment resources, and the FEFDY Learning Management System (LMS), enabling them to integrate digital academic support and deliver engaging, structured, and future-ready learning experiences.
