FEFDY Teacher Training Program at Adarsha Integrated Model School, Palwancha, Telangana
A step towards transforming classroom teaching, FEFDY Curriculum conducted a Teacher Training Program on 12th July 2026 at Adarsha Integrated Model School, Palwancha, Telangana. The programme brought together 11 educators from Pre-KG to Grade 5, focusing on the effective implementation of the Destiny Navigators (DN) Annual Curriculum through innovative, learner-centric teaching practices.
The professional development session enabled teachers to strengthen their instructional skills across English, Mathematics, Science, EVS, and General Awareness by exploring activity-based learning, child psychology, and experiential teaching methodologies. Participants gained practical knowledge on effective textbook utilization, classroom engagement techniques, and concept-driven lesson delivery that encourage active student participation. The programme also provided hands-on guidance on using the FEFDY Facilitator's Manual, assessment resources, and the FEFDY Learning Management System (LMS), empowering educators to integrate digital academic tools and deliver engaging, structured, and holistic learning experiences that support every child's growth.
