A Teacher Training Program for educators at Ideal Lead School, Vizag was successfully conducted by the FEFDY Curriculum team to strengthen effective classroom implementation across Kindergarten and Primary levels. This training focused on practical teaching strategies, structured curriculum delivery, and the integration of child-centric and technology-enabled learning methods aligned with modern education standards such as NEP-based experiential learning. The program covered foundational levels including Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG under the Wisdom Crafters framework, along with Grades 1 to 5 under the Destiny Navigators framework. The objective was to ensure that teachers clearly understand how to implement the FEFDY Curriculum using textbooks, activities, and digital tools to improve student engagement and learning outcomes. During the Kindergarten-focused session, teachers were trained in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness with a strong emphasis on early childhood learning patterns. Educators learned how to use FEFDY textbooks effectively, conduct interactive classroom activities, and apply play-based teaching methodologies that support cognitive, social, and emotional development. The training also highlighted how young learners respond to visual, activity-based, and experiential learning, enabling teachers to adapt their instructional strategies for better classroom impact.
