The FEFDY Curriculum Teacher Training Program was conducted on 20th August 2025 at Chittel Chatter Day Care & Play Group, Little Mount-Saidapet, Chennai, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The session focused on strengthening early childhood teaching practices through interactive and activity-based learning. The program began with a fun icebreaker followed by open discussions on the implementation of the curriculum. Educators explored phonics, grammar, rhymes, science experiments, and hands-on maths activities, highlighting the importance of experiential and play-based learning. Practical classroom management techniques, including meditation and creative engagement strategies, were also demonstrated. The session concluded with an energetic Zumba activity, emphasizing the role of gross motor skills in holistic child development. A total of six educators participated with enthusiasm, gaining clarity on curriculum flow, confidence in phonics instruction, and creative strategies for child-centered teaching. Feedback reflected a strong commitment to implementing the FEFDY vision of innovative and holistic education.
