On June 28, 2025, FEFDY successfully conducted a full-day Teacher Training Program across two schools in Tamil Nadu—JMJ Modern Matriculation School (morning) and Sri Venkateshwara Matriculation Hr. Sec. School (afternoon). At JMJ Modern, 15 teachers, along with school leadership, actively participated in sessions covering activity-based learning, phonics strategies, and Tamil language instruction techniques. Core concepts such as differentiated learning, student engagement, and structured lesson delivery were also introduced. In the afternoon, the training continued at Sri Venkateshwara School with a focused session for teachers on curriculum planning, scaffolding, and integrating multi-sensory methods for early learners. Both sessions aligned with FEFDY’s mission to empower educators with child-centric, skill-based teaching strategies that support holistic development and prepare learners for a hybrid educational environment.
