On July 12, 2025, FEFDY conducted a focused teacher training session at Tiny Toes Pre-School, Urapakkam, introducing educators to the Pre-KG to UKG curriculum levels and reinforcing best practices in early childhood education. The session covered key instructional strategies, including child-centered teaching, play-based learning, and scaffolding techniques, alongside the integration of motor skill development through Zumba and experimental methods for teaching General Awareness. Educators also explored thematic planning, phonics instruction, and visual storytelling as part of experiential classroom design. Designed to enhance clarity on learning milestones, the training provided a supportive space for reflection, dialogue, and hands-on exploration—aligned with FEFDY’s mission to foster engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments.
