On the afternoon of June 29, 2025, FEFDY trainers conducted a focused session at Rainbow School, designed to enhance understanding of learner diversity and differentiated instruction in early childhood classrooms.
Teachers engaged in practical activities including aural discrimination tests, math shortcuts, and interactive games like balloon-based learning to explain abstract concepts such as air. The training also introduced key terminology such as visual-auditory-kinesthetic (VAK) learning styles and formative assessment techniques.
In line with FEFDY’s curriculum objective to foster adaptable and responsive teaching, the session empowered educators to address varied learner needs through flexible, engaging strategies.
The session concluded with tokens of appreciation, recognizing the teachers’ enthusiasm and participation.
