On 19th July 2025, FEFDY Curriculum organized an engaging teacher training program at MRV School, Jayankondan, aimed at strengthening early childhood education through innovative and practical approaches. The session saw the active participation of 11 educators, who explored classroom practices that align with developmental milestones and holistic child growth. The training covered phonics, exploratory teaching for General Awareness, hands-on learning, fine and gross motor skill activities, and theme-based planning. Special focus was given to familiarizing teachers with key teaching and training terminologies, ensuring professional development that extends beyond classroom strategies. Educators were encouraged to align their planning with the structured curriculum, maintain consistency in delivery, and integrate real-life connections to enhance student engagement. Teachers valued the interactive nature of the training, where collaborative discussions, practical demonstrations, and reflective exercises gave them concrete takeaways for classroom use. The session reinforced FEFDY’s curriculum objective of building learner-focused, engaging, and future-ready classrooms.
